Online and Social Sweepstakes: Additional Rules

These Additional Rules, together with the Official General Rules at https://www.evercommerce.com/sweepstakes-contests-rules/ (“General Rules”), govern the Promotion defined below to be conducted by EverCommerce, Inc., EverCommerce Solutions, Inc. and/or its subsidiary and affiliated companies (collectively “EverCommerce” or “Company” or “Sponsor”).  These Additional Rules will prevail in the event of an inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the General Rules and the terms and conditions of the Additional Rules. By entering, you explicitly agree to these Additional Rules and to the General Rules governing EverCommerce promotions.

PROMOTION:  Service Fusion User Survey Raffle (“Sweepstakes”)

SPONSOR: FSM Technologies, LLC DBA Service Fusion is the sponsor of this Sweepstakes.  Any questions relating to this Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor.

ELIGIBILITY:  NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. The sweepstakes is open to business entities incorporated and operating within the 50 United States or D.C. that are Service Fusion users who have completed the user survey.

Employees, officers and directors of Company, its advertising and promotional agencies, and persons engaged in the development of Sweepstakes materials, and members of the immediate family (parents, siblings, children and spouse, wherever they reside) or household (whether or not related) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Participants confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements for this Sweepstakes.

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 9a.m Eastern Time (“ET”) on 11/1, 2024, and ends at 12 p.m. ET on 11/15, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”). The servers hosting theentry website re the official time clocks for the Sweepstakes. 

HOW TO ENTER: Click the survey link in your email or in-app notification, complete the survey, and you’ll be automatically entered into the promotion.

Limit one entry per individual during the entire Promotion Period.  Entries must be completed by the end of the Promotion Period.  Any other form of entry is void.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:  Sponsor will select one (1) Grand Prize Winner (“Winner”) in a random drawing held approximately fifteen business days following the close of the Promotion Period from among all eligible entries received.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.  Potential winners will be notified via e-mail and must __respond via e-mail within 7 days providing confirmation and sign and return a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release in order to formally claim the prize. 

PRIZE: Amazon gift card, approximate retail value $100.
