Online and Social Sweepstakes: Additional Rules
These Additional Rules, together with the Official General Rules at https://www.evercommerce.com/sweepstakes-contests-rules/ (“General Rules”), govern the Promotion defined below to be conducted by EverCommerce, Inc., EverCommerce Solutions, Inc. and/or its subsidiary and affiliated companies (collectively “EverCommerce” or “Company” or “Sponsor”). These Additional Rules will prevail in the event of an inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the General Rules and the terms and conditions of the Additional Rules. By entering, you explicitly agree to these Additional Rules and to the General Rules [A1] governing EverCommerce promotions.
PROMOTION: Wrapmate September Promotion (“Sweepstakes”)
SPONSOR: FSM Technologies, LLC, d/b/a Service Fusion is the sponsor of this Sweepstakes. Any questions relating to this Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor.
ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. The Sweepstakes is open to individuals (i) who are residents of the fifty (50) United States or D.C., (ii) who have reached the age of majority in their place of residence at the time of entry, (iii) whose company has at least one owned business service vehicle, (iv) that have completed a demo of the Sponsor services during the Promotion Period, and (v) whose field service management companies operate within Sponsor’s eligible industries, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Employees, officers and directors of Company, its advertising and promotional agencies, and persons engaged in the development of Sweepstakes materials, and employees, officers and directors of Wrapmate, and members of the immediate family (parents, siblings, children and spouse, wherever they reside) or household (whether or not related) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Participants confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements for this Sweepstakes.
PROMOTION PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM a.m./p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 9/1/2026 and ends at 12:00 a.m./p.m. ET on 9/30/2026 (the “Promotion Period”). The servers hosting the [entry website/social media platform] are the official time clocks for the Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit Sponsor’s website at https://www.servicefusion.com/lp/win-a-wrap and fill out the entry form with your name, company name, e-mail address, and mailing address, and click “Submit.”
Limit one entry per individual during the entire Promotion Period. Entries must be completed by the end of the Promotion Period. Any other form of entry is void.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: Sponsor will select three (3) Grand Prize Winners (each a “Winner”) in a random drawing held approximately fifteen business days following the close of the Promotion Period from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified via e-mail and must respond within 10 business days of notification in order to formally claim the prize.
PRIZE: Wrapmate Gift Card, approximate retail value $5,000 USD.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: By registering to participate in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to the General Rules and these Additional Rules.
